We got our tank filled efficiently and quickly when it was running low. We did not have to miss work on the day of our fill, big thanks for that!
amerigas is the worst. if you run out of gas- plan on being out of gas for a week. If you’ve got two tanks- they will fill the bigger one up at a more expensive rate than the smaller one. There is no local customer service… only outsourced from India. Do not use amerigas if possible.
This is absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with. We signed up with them in 2022 and it has been nothing but a nightmare. November 2022, they let my gas run down to 3% on Thanksgiving week and we could not even cook a thanksgiving dinner. After 5 phone calls starting early November, the rep with Amerigas told me if I ran out of gas, I would have to pay for a leak test even after I explained that I have trying to get them to fill the tank two weeks prior. I feel the need to share my experience with Amerigas over the last 2 1/2 years, In a nutshell I was in customer service for about 45 years before retiring and the customer service I received from Amerigas corperate and more so the Cookeville Tn office was of the WORST I ever experienced given to a on time paying customer.
