Been a customer of this company for many years, no longer. we moved back to Tn in Jan during a very cold spell, even though we have the electronic monitor on our tank we ran out of propane, called and was told we would be on the list but 2-3 days minimum even though it was freezing, asked how we ran out but got no answer. Can't talk with anyone or get ahold of them. I tried calling and they only have an automated system which sends you to speak to someone anyways. But then your on hold for ever. Ridiculous.

Let us run out of propane three times. Went 2 freezing days last February and earlier this week, waiting for fuel. Their off-shore customer service is the worst. Useless, and frustrating. Twelve or so years ago they had local offices. Everything worked great. Not now. The other thing that really steams me is their price lock in fee. You end up wiping out any advantage of locking in your price per gallon. Total rude ripoff.

I made the request for delivery online. I got a response quickly by email. The gas was delivered in the time frame I was given. The delivery driver was friendly and did his job. Good job to all!
