Excellent courteous service. I am on the Auto fill program, AmeriGas makes the necessary adjustments as the weather changes to ensure I never run low on fuel. This service is a fantastic service for me as I travel alot. Jon
Stay away from AmeriGas. Purchased a home and the current supplier is AmeriGas. Impossible to get someone on the phone without waiting hours, even to place an order. Customer service has no idea what is going on with the account. Misinformation on how many gallons provided at refill but charging for a full refill. Called 3 times to speak with Resolution team 3 times with a wait of an hour to an hour and half and then the phone was disconnected. My experience has been absolutely terrible. The technician scheduled for the site survey on November 21 was supposed to arrive between 8 AM and 12 PM. Instead, he drove past my house at 1:30 PM and sent me a text claiming the survey had been completed. I had taken the day off from work specifically to be there in person to discuss my options. When I realized what had happened, I chased down the technician to confront him. He admitted he hadn’t done the site survey and, after that altercation, we finally reviewed my options. ... read more
