The worst customer service ever. After multiple tries I could not reach anyone or even leave a message. I was trying to cancel services for my deceased father's account. No resolution.
I have been with AmeriGas for 15 years and the service, in that time, has been professional and flawless. I could not be more pleased with AmeriGas. Thank you.

Excellent courteous service. I am on the Auto fill program, AmeriGas makes the necessary adjustments as the weather changes to ensure I never run low on fuel. This service is a fantastic service for me as I travel alot. Jon
Stay away from AmeriGas. Purchased a home and the current supplier is AmeriGas. Impossible to get someone on the phone without waiting hours, even to place an order. Customer service has no idea what is going on with the account. Misinformation on how many gallons provided at refill but charging for a full refill. Called 3 times to speak with Resolution team 3 times with a wait of an hour to an hour and half and then the phone was disconnected.
