I have my tank filled once a year, therefore; I'm not alowed to place an order online. When I place an order by phone it's always to a person that I can't understand. They want your tank to be under 25% and they take two weeks make a delivery.
I have called Amerigas three times. The first time I was on hold for 12 minutes. the 2nd time it was 29 minutes and then again today for 24 minutes. I went to the business to see if I could speak to an human and the note says “even if you knock on the door we won’t answer”. So now I’m on hold again, going on 15 minutes. AWFUL customer service!!!
