Did not call before delivery so I could open gate as requested. They tried to deliver at 5 am so my gate was closed.
Read from bottom to top. Update x2: Is it possible to do negative stars. I won't go into the details of my horrid weekend trying to not run out of propane over the weekend. Monday morning comes and my tank was down to 4%. I had called at 9 pm, 12 am, and 2 am to update tank level and was not able to. Despite website stating 24/7 they won't help you after hours. THANK YOU!!! I am using my generator around the clock for power right now. It was greatly appreciated that my order was scheduled right away and the driver came out first thing in the morning to be the tank did not run out. 2 good services in a row. I am hopeful that the run can continue and my over all perception will shift.
Amerigas is great about keeping up with my propane needs.
It’s hard to deal with this company when you can’t find anybody that speaks English because you’re calling overseas
