Driver called and gave me a head’s up. Also, they had great communication through email and it was easy to set up my delivery on the phone.
Delivery person, rude, lack company knowledge, had an attitude. Filled tank, but did not turn back on gas to the house. On day three waiting for assistance for company: no heat in the house (34 at night) no hot water for clothes, dishes, or for a shower. Customer service called 7 times, option choices don't work, outsourced to foreign country, NO ASSISTANCE, no local company tele# to call. SAD if you need immediate help
Did not call before delivery so I could open gate as requested. They tried to deliver at 5 am so my gate was closed.
Read from bottom to top. Update x2: Is it possible to do negative stars. I won't go into the details of my horrid weekend trying to not run out of propane over the weekend. Monday morning comes and my tank was down to 4%. I had called at 9 pm, 12 am, and 2 am to update tank level and was not able to. Despite website stating 24/7 they won't help you after hours. THANK YOU!!! I am using my generator around the clock for power right now. It was greatly appreciated that my order was scheduled right away and the driver came out first thing in the morning to be the tank did not run out. 2 good services in a row. I am hopeful that the run can continue and my over all perception will shift.
