Miserable customer experience based on lack of communication and unnecessary additional services 'required' before propane could be delivered. Very difficult to work with, and unresponsive.
Epic failure. For 3 months Amerigas FAILED. No call. No resolution. No service. No return call. No one at Amerigas cares. All BS.
It’s has been a nightmare. My property was damaged, I was charged and continue to get late fees for propane that wasn’t delivered(and proven) and a broken cover installed and I’ve called almost every week at least once sometimes twice and NOT a Single person has done what they said they would I have a $399 invoice for propane I never received and NO one will remove it I’ve put this post up with photos and I’ve emailed the photos to Amerigas it’s been months and no one has done anything even remotely helpful
Service is good. Someone always answers the phone to do the best that they can. Driver‘s grade shows up that’s what he has to do. Never had a problem with that. How do I fault them? Gas is double what it was the year before I don’t know if it’s inflation paragraphs or whatever But price is high. Guess we have no choice but to eat it.
