Horrible customer service
deliveries are not made on time
Every time I have to order propane, it's another problem. This past winter they gave an estimate delivery time of 15 days. When I raised the concern, the call center, gave me grief.I would not answer my questions and talked in circles.
This review is specifically for my technician David who came to my house for a leak check and refill. He was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from top to bottom. Every step of the way he explained to me what he was doing and what I needed to do in the event a problem arose in the future. From making sure my pilot was lit to putting booties on his shoes to not get my floor dirty, this guy was amazing.
