AmeriGas drivers come and deliver the product quickly, without hassle to the homeowner. They make the process virtually invisible to the customer, which is outstanding.
It all works, from registering as a new client to getting my first delivery in the middle of the snow. Kudos to the delivery guy, all the backup people on the phones, and of course the IT geeks! Delivery Guy comes with angel wings \(^-^)/
Under deliver on a prepaid order forcing you to reschedule to get the balance you already paid for, and wait another 2-weeks for it.
PLACE DOES NOT HONOR HOA NEGOTIATED RATE AND INSTEAD CHARGE MARKET RATES. I HAVE PROVIDE THE HOA CONTRACT, A NEIGHBORHOOD LIST, AND INCORRECT INVOICES... CRICKETS BACK DESPITE REPEATEDLY TOLD THEY'LL FOLLOW UP. THEN THE TRY AND ARRIVE TO DELIVER MORE FUEL... ZERO SHOT. PLACE IS PATHETIC.
