They over charge for services. They are never on time. They LIE about why they miss appointments. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW YOU!
On hold 20 min to hear they don't provide the services I need
This company shouldn’t even be in buisness they never answer there phones then when they finally do it answers but nobody talks to you. Your company is a joke about like Valley Wide
Over and over again, the unethical company charges in advance for the propane and sells double the amount needed. So my tank needed 100 gallons, and they are trying to sell me 200 gallons at $800. It's a total ripoff. Their customer service reps are in India, so they are ignorant of the US market. They are only instructed to take customers' money in advance and, most of the time, sell propane they don't need.
So I call the phone number and the recording says I have called outside of operating hours but they don’t tell me what their operating hours ARE. I called at 8,9,and 10 AM and apparently they still aren’t open even though their website says that they are open.
