I am a new customer in Georgia, customer service wait time is as bad as contacting the government.. I paid up front and can't get a delivery window.. If an option is available.. go somewhere else
Complete nightmare. Disgusted. No customer service
I wish I could give them zero stars. I paid for 300 gallons and they delivered 250. Spent over an hour trying to resolve the issue with their international customer service. Just want what I paid for. No local point of contact for resolution. Buy your gas from another company that cares about their customers.
The worst customer service ever. They could care less about anything at all.
Never gets gas on time. Agents can’t speak English. Considering changing companies if they don’t get better.
