I will be changing providers after my last fill up. I was charged 2.89/gallon and went ahead and ordered because for the last five years they’ve been pretty close to the same price as everyone else so I trusted this would be the same this year. Prompt service and polite drivers. Office staff is very helpful and work hard to make sure your questions are covered. I am having to revise my review of this business. They were a decent business until they cut staff in the Jefferson city office. After that you couldn't get any call backs, couldn't talk to anyone and now after 2 years dealing with terrible customer, I find out they have different prices depending on the customer. Chris called as soon I as reported that we were smelling gas and he got here asap! He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He is always very friendly and professional and really knows what he is doing. I greatly appreciate him!
There is no customer service. You call some random person that you can't hardly understand, their prices have gone up, and we used to get coupons in the mail. So either way, I just know. I can't understand what they're saying, and I'm paying higher prices. It was better when they had customer service in Jefferson City at least.
