Dear Amerigas Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service I have received. Firstly, our propane delivery was delayed by two weeks. Despite calling when our tank was at 30%, it was allowed to drop to a critical level of 5% before the delivery arrived. Secondly, I reported a gas leak seven hours ago, and the issue remains unresolved. Horrible customer service. They don’t show up for scheduled deliveries, despite MANY phone calls, they always say someone is going to call and they never do, and they lie and say someone’s coming until they close. Extremely dissatisfied with their lack of responsibility, professionalism, and blatant disregard for my time. There biggest concern and the only question they ever ask is if there is a clear path to the tank 🤦‍♀️that doesn’t matter if you don’t show up to fill it!

I have been a customer for almost 20 years for two houses next to each other. At some point, I regretfully lost the ability to calla local office. Initially i had issues using web site, but that was finally corrected by your IT. While the national phone support has improved they have not been effective. I have two issues currently that will cause me to look into switching my propane service this summer. Called for a quote gave me a price then never sent follow up email was told they would call me at noon the next day to schedule an install and never heard from them.
