the only disappoinment is that the delivery truck left about a 11" diameter puddle of oil on my concret driveway that I paid to have cleaned last fall.
Customer service is all outsourced the only real people you associate with are the delivery drivers. I had concern of a leak that I brought up to multiple workers and 4 leak tests that found "nothing". Was going through gas like crazy. Switched companies and the first leak test they did they found a major leak. Since then we have only needed our tank filled 3x a year verses every month. A scam of a company.
