Customer service is all outsourced the only real people you associate with are the delivery drivers. I had concern of a leak that I brought up to multiple workers and 4 leak tests that found "nothing". Was going through gas like crazy. Switched companies and the first leak test they did they found a major leak. Since then we have only needed our tank filled 3x a year verses every month. A scam of a company.
This company is a joke. I highly do not recommend ever using their services. They have no communication skills. Their rates are unrealistic. They make mistakes again and again. Apparently I can call and request services and report issues. Then in less two hours when I call back I'm an unauthorized user. When I asked them if they made a mistake authorizing my call two hours ago, their response was I can not release that information to an unauthorized user.
Worst company on the planet !!! Absolutely degrade to be a service provider just horrible!!!
