Bad bad I been waiting 6 days to get my propane and they still asking me to pay 300 hundred urgent delivery. I have my home so cold with a minor in home that could get sick. He stars coughing now.

The worst “customer service” I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache, hassle, and of course the Amerigas fees. No way to actually speak with anyone, no way to file a complaint, just outsourced customer service reps who will talk you around in circles. Awful
I would put ZERO stars. This company not only does not answer calls, they refuse to show up when you schedule a service!! I have been trying for WEEKS to get my tank refilled to no avail. WORSE.COMPANY.EVER. do not waste your time with Amerigas. Please come take your tank out of our yard! Thanks.
