AmeriGas is an awful company. They price gauge, have ridiculous fees ($450 for them to grab their own tank, it was half of that when I signed up but then I was locked in my contract when the price increased), and horrendous customer service. Use any other company.
This survey, arriving out of nowhere and WEEKS after my last interaction with "AsiaticGas," which is my pet name for your company because only in about one of each dozen attempts have I spoken to an English-speaking American, epitomizes how Horrifically disappointing my experience with you has been... Actually, thank God my on-site at my home interactions with my Western Mass techs has been exemplary! But it doesn't make up for how poor and frustrating most of my other experiences have been
They stopped auto delivery without any fault of mine and my daughter with stage 4 cancer froze for 2 days it was 2 days for them to fill and their fault charged me EXTRTA. And their support was horrible
