Terrible service and phone reps that do not understand business.
Reordering propane (for the 50th time) for our business should not take 25 min on the phone filled with lots of confusion and result in incorrect deliveries. There is no one local to call who knows what you are talking about, so if any problems arise good luck trying to explain that information over the phone and getting any sort of understanding. We will be switching over to a local company to save lots of $/gallon and, what I am excited for the most, is better customer service.
