Amerigas doesn't follow its own rules. We have a gate and they would email the night before the delivery. They didn't email us, and we missed the delivery. Then they said they would deliver on the 17th, no show. Received a robocall from them that left a message they will deliver on the 18th. They came and only filled the tank to 75%.
I have been a customer for 5 plus years. This week delivery was not left because per Driver there was dog in yard. I DON’T EVEN OWN A DOG!! I got text saying it was delivered. I called the customer service # to ask for driver to come straight back I was home. They didn’t even attempt to call me or anything. When I specifically wrote in order to please contact me when then delivery attempt happens.
