Horrible customer service, poor communication. Our commercial account has been with them for over 10 years is poorly serviced and was on hold for an order for over an hour for two days and still not able to talk to anyone. reached out to what is superposed to be our account rep and still nothing after several days. would not recommend to anyone.
I’ve been using AmeriGas since they took over the Palmetto, Fl. office and have always received courteous prompt service.
The customer service representative, Asia, was very knowledgeable and worked with me due to my specific needs. Walter the service technician, who serviced the tank also was very patient and taught me how to read the gage on the tank.
