Too many issues to write. I’d be here all day. Major issue is failed scheduled deliveries and running out of gas for hot water then a huge drop and huge bill. Bogus emails stating driveway blocked when there are no cars in driveway blocking any access to the tank. It’s a battle for an entire day of uncomfortable phone calls and struggle to get Amerigas to fix the problems they create. Impossible to reach an understandable, English speaking person. Finally got tank refilled but, then guy inspected my tank 2nd (not prior to filling.) Said regulator leaking. Charged $140 on top of gas price. Turned off tank then LOCKED my private own tank. Local plumber could not repair because locked. Took more hours on phone to schedule your plumber. Went week with no gas for stove. Repair cost PLUS $200 to “reconnect “ what your guy disconnected (he said previous guy shouldn’t have disconnected because it’s my tank.) At o... read more
Always on time with automatic delivery. Never have to worry about running out of gas.
Amerigass customer service is over seas. They do not help. When you have a problem they charge you for emergency gas even when you have a leak and it’s their fault. Paid for gas twice in two weeks. Go somewhere else for gas.
