Absolutely horrible customer service. Our company relies on propane gas and we have been stood up twice this week on refills and this happens all the time. You would be better served just refilling yourself. If you call in you don't speak to a Amerigas employee.... you get someone who could careless and offers nothing in terms of solutions. I have 15+ empty tanks here with 4 left and 5 crews. I will now have to get them refilled myself. And if you think calling a local person who might help think again. Always on time
The absolute worst gas company there is. Would not hire under any circumstances. They have left me without gas twice, due solely to their incompetence. Avoid at all costs.
Don’t go by the hours posted. They open and close when they want.
