I have lived in my house since 2019 with auto delivery on the entire time. Days before the storm I double check my gas after noticing a slight smell just to see I am at 5% which is making the odor chemical concentration higher. When I call in they say I am no longer on auto delivery and cant tell me why. THEN, they ask for $300 expedited delivery fee which takes over a week to get. Worst company i have ever dealt with. The frustration is out of the roof!!! They are liars, they are money hungry, and they are thieves! Just record every conversation with them and when they cone to your house. I am on an auto refill plan but they dont fill my tank up until i run out of propane and starts smelling gas inside the house. They send people to the house with no propane. While customer service has improved a bit over the last few years, I despise paying a rental fee in the tank bc I didn’t purchase a certain amount of propane that year! Rental fees are ridiculous!
This is a 0 star review. My parents called everyday for over a week and emailed for a tank refill. They are at 5% of gas which according to your website is considered empty. Virginia has below freezing temperatures and my parents house is 45 degrees! The delivery date quoted to them was January 26th through February 2nd. Then they were told that their delivery would be rushed. Today is February 3rd and there is STILL no sign or update of you coming to resolve this issue. This is POOR customer service. Thank goodness the customer service rep in the live chat online placed my delivery as urgent. The gas was delivered the following day, just before the snow storm. Thank you so much!
