Worst Company! Had my propane refilled and bc it was low and I wasnt home they locked my tank, saying that it needs to be inspected. Fine I can accept that. BUT 2 weeks and noone has yet to come unlock my tank!!!! I waited all day for an appointment I was supposed to have to have noone show up and no phone call to reschedule or give a reason to why noone showed up! This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in terms of consumer products. Their billing is an accurate and despite hours and hours trying to get them to make things right, they failed to.
Extremely poor service, refusal to conduct inspection with potential gas leak, failure to service the tank and purposeful failure to communicate with customer.
