This company is a joke, they are charging for an early termination when I never terminated my account and charging additional fees that add another $36 to my monthly bill. But I'll be done with them when a local supplier has tanks available
Worst company on every level. Bad customer service on delivery (way late) and tank service (even way later). I spent hours waiting on hold to reach anyone. And when I did, they could not fix the issues. I am now 4 months into trying to get this resolved. Billing is wrong and their offices are unwilling or incapable of correcting their system. Finally today, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Don't do business with Amerigas, they don't deserve it!! They are too big to care about their customers.
