Pricing is outrageous, not even competitive. Residential propane pricing is readily available online and you are twice the Illinois average. Your prices are so high that it is cheaper for me to purchase and run electric heaters throughout my house. I tell everyone I talk to to never do business with Amerigas for scamming innocent customers. Now that I switched to electric heat due to your greed. Ameren will be getting my money and installing natural gas hookup.
As always, my experience was great. You employ amazing people. I’ve never had anything less than a great experience. I wish more companies had the wonderful, professional, skilled, and respectful staff you have.
This location is permanently closed to walk-in business.
Never received a bill in the mail. I had to call and then we only had a few days to pay. Very disappointed.
