If I could give zero stars, that would be generous. This company will let you freeze to death in your own home. Our original propane order was put in on Jan 19 2026. By Feb 1 2026 we were out of propane with no heat with sub freezing temperatures. The call center (which is located out of the country despite Amerigas saying in 2021 they were bringing customer service centers back to the USA) would not help us. They refused to call the local office for delivery saying they did not have any phone numbers to the local office. Th... read more
