Amerigas installed electronic Tank Monitoring devices to our tank this winter, and as a result, we ran out of gas in January. no one ever came to change the monitor, and as a result we ran out of gas AGAIN in February. 100% of their customer service is over seas in Kenya and other places. They claim they own my underground tank, which was installed 24 years ago. They have proposed that I purchase the tank for $2900. The worst propane supplier we ever dealt with. They gave me a great new customer discount. I was told delivery was going to be in a few days. But they failed to deliver it after waiting 7 days. When you call, everything automatically goes to a computer that give you very few options. When I finally got a rep, I was told delivery can take upto 10 days from when you ask for it. They are not dependable, and almost impossible to reach someone unless you are a new customer where the promise you everything and deliver nothing.
