Hidden fees everywhere they always have a balance on your account so it’s never paid off! Customer service is ridiculous I’ve been dealing with them since 2020 every year it’s the same sketchy shit. I’m looking for other propane companies asap!
Amerigas has us by the short hairs. The previous owner of our house had Amerigas tanks sunk into the yard. Now we are stuck using them forever. Well, unless we was to have the tank dug up and replaced. No other propane provider can supply us with an Amerigas tank. We’re screwed. AND… they charge way more than local suppliers.
Amerigas charges a credit card fee to pay your bill. Amerigas charges you to send a paper bill. AMERIgas uses foreign contact centers. Very greedy company with terrible customer service.
