I would give them a -0 if possible. They tell you when and how much you can purchase. When calling them, must talk to someone that does not even speak english and has no clue what you are asking them. So glad I am leaving this rental in 2 months. I will never even purchase their propane for the grill either.
Amerigas installed electronic Tank Monitoring devices to our tank this winter, and as a result, we ran out of gas in January. no one ever came to change the monitor, and as a result we ran out of gas AGAIN in February. 100% of their customer service is over seas in Kenya and other places. They claim they own my underground tank, which was installed 24 years ago. They have proposed that I purchase the tank for $2900.
