Customer service is awful. Long holds, lack of understanding/communication, and misrepresentation.
I would give them a -0 if possible. They tell you when and how much you can purchase. When calling them, must talk to someone that does not even speak english and has no clue what you are asking them. So glad I am leaving this rental in 2 months. I will never even purchase their propane for the grill either.
