DON'T DO IT..... Customer service is an automated telephone system hell (you'll speak with nobody in Tyrone.... Bangladesh maybe if I have to guess). Do yourself a favor and call the competition first. I was an AmeriGas customer since 2007, then switched to Heller and my costs have gone down nearly 50%
Their phone system sucks can't get ahold of anybody....will order somewhere else who answers the phone...
I put our home on auto payment to save up for winter. To date I have paid $310 into the system and yet the account tells me it is Zero! I have tried and tried and tried to get ahold of anyone from Amerigas to fix this. I was told management would correct it. This started in March and it is December. It is STILL not corrected and I cannot get anyone to answer the half a dozen emails or the phone calls. Customer service stinks.
