Overcharged me $250 in 2024, had to call BBB to finally get a refund. February 2026, did not call before entering my gated property for a leak check although two different customer service agents promised repeatedly to do so. NEVER received a call, text or email. Charged me $119.99 to turn the tank off because I was at a doctor's appointment for 2 hrs that day (no leak check). Filed a complaint against Amerigas for the non-communication and charge. 2_18_2026 Update. Amerigas likes to play games. They applied my discount code yet did not change my bill. They bait and switch and don't honor anything they agree to. If you have problems with Amerigas, their CEO is Michael Sharp. Five stars for their keen ability to sucker their customers into an agreement for a community discount, then charge full amount once delivered. After multiple calls to third world call centers, and many lies, my advice is avoid this company at all cost.
