BEWARE of this company! BBB gives them an "F". Worst experience with Amerigas! It's nearly impossible to talk to them on the phone and they just hang up on you. We signed a year 3-year contract but then they doubled the fees on us without our consent. Their prices are always higher than everybody else. We just want to be done with them and their $300 tank pickup fee plus $120 dispatch fee is super excessive when the tank is already disconnected and drained and they just need to pick it up. By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!! Wish I could give 0 stars! To start you’re not allowed to talk to someone in the US, must talk with someone hard to understand from another country. Then the more questions you ask the shadier they become, if you forgot a question and try to call back they won’t answer. We’ve been customers since it was V1 propane, over 40 years, they were great.
