I was just going to private message you, but since that isn't an option I will leave it here. Your employee Grace thinks it's acceptable to make public racist comments on things while having it public that she's employed by your business. I hope that you as a business do not support this ugly behavior. I would expect the people that are caring for my animals to be loving and empathetic. Her behavior reflects none of that. Can't complain about the service at the office....there ain't none!!! The drivers are the BEST which is ONLY reason we are customers
They are CROOKS! After being with this company over twenty years, we moved and they charged us $64 to close our account...$64 to type in 'account closed' on a computer...and no pro-rated refund for tank rental that we just paid one month ago... great way to do business: steal from your customers! And the people who agreed to using the propane tank that was already at our residence were charged a $200 start up fee. New customer or old customer, they deal with both with fees that are totally unfair and out of line.
Is there any reason why an empty propane tank can not be scheduled for pick up? 30 days seems like a long time, unless you are gestating an elephant.
