If I could give no stars I would. We have been on a payment plan , We are paying 200 a month , we are currently at 464 in the positive and haven't had a full in 3 months. We are currently at 0 in propane with snow coming in 2 days , we BARELY got through the arctic freeze that came through , luckily we had firewood. We have called almost daily and been told the same thing over and over , they're coming to fill , they're coming to fill....no fill. Driver failed to follow dispatch instructions for a call ahead on a propane leak. Horrible “emergency” service. What a joke
I put in for a fill and my propane was delivered in a timely manner. The driver was friendly as well.
Just paid for first time service get told they will be out in a couple days. Get the text that they'll be here the following day yay gonna have heat right. Wrong I noticed no estimated time of delivery so I call and wait on hold for 5 hours before someone finally answers. I say what the est time of arrival they tell me they don't do that. I say not even a three to four hour window no sir but rest assured if your on the schedule we will be there that day.
