This is the most unorganize business when it comes to service. Consistantly being told we don't have equipment on siten and now being told we don't have a price per gallon??!??!. Transfered to almost a dozen different individual to even get gas out to our business. We've been battling this for over 3 years!!!! If I could give a negative I would give it -10 star!!! While you have 2 great ideas... auto delivery and remote reading of propane tank levels... you don't use them together to schedule the auto delivery. Case in point, the last delivery was to my 65% full 1000 gal tank. It looks like you only care about me paying for fuel at the highest price per gallon.
Horrible customer service!!! Delivery driver delivered to wrong address. Spent multiple hours on the phone with them. I had to repay for the delivery at a higher cost and be out longer for the delivery. Even though they made the mistake. You can never get anyone local on the phone. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was rude and no help. All they could say was sorry for your inconvenience. They did nothing to rectify their mistake. They will only do what is best for them. This company sucks. I used to like Amerigas, but their service has went down like the Hindenburg. They locked out my tank yesterday because of a leak at THEIR regulator on their tank. Now we have intense cold weather coming this week, and they won’t come pressure check the lines until FRIDAY, although I was told yesterday that it would be checked at between 8 and 9 am today!!!!!!! If I had a choice, I would jump ship to another company.
