Despite being a no charge situation when you rent tanks from them-- they charge you for trip and labor and make you open a billing dispute to reverse. Didn't use to be that way...
By not being able to pay for my gas when it's ordered is a real bad situation for me! My gas was delivered OK but when the bill was finally sent, we were out of stated and had our mail forwarded which took us past the bill pay time. The email statement was also not delivered in time to prevent the late charge. I was finally able to make a call in a few day and the agent was very helpful! I appreciate that. Amerigas is way more expensive on their gas prices than their competitors. And they also add multiple fees to make the overall price even higher. I will say they are very good at keeping my tank filled so I don’t run out.
Excellent service. They are friendly and courteous. Have used them for many years and never a problem. Their offer to have automatic fills has been a blessing when winter was bad and we had not realized we were even low. Will continue to use them and recommend them.
This is the most unorganize business when it comes to service. Consistantly being told we don't have equipment on siten and now being told we don't have a price per gallon??!??!. Transfered to almost a dozen different individual to even get gas out to our business. We've been battling this for over 3 years!!!! If I could give a negative I would give it -10 star!!!
