Amerigas is double every other propane company in Arkansas so I switched and now they refuse to come pickup their tank. However when I closed the account they sent someone out to slap a tank monitor on in less then 4 hrs.
Despite being a no charge situation when you rent tanks from them-- they charge you for trip and labor and make you open a billing dispute to reverse. Didn't use to be that way...
By not being able to pay for my gas when it's ordered is a real bad situation for me! My gas was delivered OK but when the bill was finally sent, we were out of stated and had our mail forwarded which took us past the bill pay time. The email statement was also not delivered in time to prevent the late charge. I was finally able to make a call in a few day and the agent was very helpful! I appreciate that.
