Worst prices and customer service
Contacted the company three times for about two hours, each event to identify an unreliable monitoring propane level to no avail. The customer service is a waste of time because there was no solutions with AmeriGas. I am cancelling our service and would not recommend AmeriGas to any friends or family. Very unreliable equipment and short staffed to deal with customer support.

My experience with America’s Propane was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite paying upfront for the delivery, I received an invoice anyway. After numerous calls and assurances that the issue would be resolved, I was sent an email confirming a zero balance, only to be slapped with an invoice with a late charge two months later.
