I have been an Amerigas customer for less than a year and the first time I was scheduled to get propane I had to wait 5 days to get it and had to pay a leak check charge. The next time I called because we were almost out I had to wait over 11 days for propane. Their customer service is horrible and their crew members are rude. My propane stove is the only heat source in my house and waiting almost two weeks for propane and heat is ridiculous.
