Difficult to schedule gas leak check. Was not informed there was a $200 charger to check for leak
ON time check in with us and told when he was leaving Ferrell gas is cheaper by $30 on this fill and yearly charge is les than half what I pay .
Horrible customer service and communication. I requested a tank refill, I had to call to find out my tank failed inspection as I didn’t get notified . I’ve called three times to have it moved and still nothing. You schedule a time to plan ahead and be home, they arrive at whatever time they choose, do some work and notify no one. I called a fourth time and again they tell me they will come back to do additional work. They cannot provide me with an estimated time. Think twice before you hire AmeriGas.
