I would leave zero stars if I could. Initially, I left them a 5 star review because they were prompt when they made my first delivery. I had received a postcard from them when I bought my new property that said I would reveive a discount on my first delivery. So I got the delivery and paid for it. Later, I noticed that I did not receive a discount. I called - several times - even asking to speak to a supervisor. None of them could speak English very well. Unreliable and terrible phone customer service not willing to help us with our situation. The only good thing was the technian that came out and tried to help the situation, but ultimately he could not. The tank filler dropped the ball and didn't check for leaks prior to filling tank before filling it completely and now we have a tank for of gas we can't use.
After calling and cancelling my service, they just delivered anyway. Crooks!!!!!!.
The online ordering is cumbersome to use at an airport. I need to coordinate gate entries and escorts, and no notes in my online order were carried out. My local shop knows and handles appropriately, but it's nerve racking for me. 6 stars for service, 3stars for ordering online, I'd like to get a local number to call and order refills so I can coordinate the deliveries. All in all Amerigas is awesome, but please set me up with a local number.
Spent over an hour on the phone to try to get an account closed out. Absolute WORST phone system I've ever encountered
