I bought an LPG gas tank from Maverik gas station on Arapahoe rd Aurora. Two days later after connecting it and preparing to bbq, I discovered it was faulty. I took it back and was basically told to get lost. It is not their policy to accept faulty Amerigas tanks. They told me to contact Amerigas who told me to back to the gas station who already told me get lost. BOTH, PATHETIC EXAMPLES of “ I have your money now screw you!” mentality. Absolutely horrible customer service and response times. We just went for 5 days without propane - which meant zero heat and our house was 52 degrees, no hot water, no stove, washing machine, dryer, etc. The cheaper option of “outsourcing customer service” will be costing you our business.
