The extremely rude, very unusual sounding man double billed us ( charged us $900+ for 500 gal, when he was advised multiple times we ONLY have 220 gal capacity! I've called now 3 times for the never yet received refund of $450+ due us. But we did get the propane delivered. SAME "scam" like double billing 1st delivery and waited 4 mths for refund.
We will not be using Amerigas in the future. We called at 8am Saturday to inquire about a noise we heard after we shut off the gas from the tank the evening before and we're told we needed to evacuate our home because its probably an emergency and they'd send someone within 24 hours. We said, that timeframe would not work for us and they said they would elevate out ticket and send someone sooner adn give us a call. 5 hours pass with the whole family including the dog in the car and we call to inquire about service.
