1. Amerigas closed our local offices. Relationships were destroyed and now we must deal with a call center. 2. The Amerigas call center is dysfunctional. The people with whom one speaks cannot be trusted to give you the best price. Everything is a game. 3. Generally, Amerigas prices are the highest in the area. 4. Easy to schedule great service!
DO NOT USE THEM AS A PROVIDER!!! Bought a house in the Lodi adjacent area about 2 years ago that already had a tank leased to the seller. Knowing nothing about heating a house with propane or propane services I called to figure out what I needed to do to resume services. It took over a week to get someone on the phone after calling every day and being put on hold in the queue for 30+ mins each time.
