Do not use this company unless you plan on pre-buying your propane. Every time I fill my tank, they jacked the price up. I'm currently now paying $4.39 a gallon highway robbery.!!!
Do not use this company. We worked with the norwalk office. Well, after 4 site visits and on going BS, we still didn’t have tanks last week. We opened our account in 2024, which is when the process started. The company doesn’t answer the phone let alone track anything. Complete waste of time and energy. You know what I recommend, Hocon, especially Brian! We called them on 12/17/25. Well, my tanks were installed this morning, Christmas Eve. What service (FROM HOCON)! BEWARE OF AMERIGAS
Awful customer service It takes about an hour to get an agent on the phone and when you do nobody ever follows up Avoid this company, there are much better propane providers out there with real employees that answer the phone
Absolutely terrible company. What passes for Customer Service is somewhere in Asia they can’t speak the language. They don’t know how to do anything. They can’t verify a payment. They don’t even know that I still have one of their tanks sitting in my yard that I want removed…
Worst business to ever deal with, amerigas isn't as good as it use to be, definitely going down hill
