Dear Amerigas Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service I have received. Firstly, our propane delivery was delayed by two weeks. Despite calling when our tank was at 30%, it was allowed to drop to a critical level of 5% before the delivery arrived. Secondly, I reported a gas leak seven hours ago, and the issue remains unresolved. Terrible service. I went through the storm without heat, and it wasn't until yesterday, January 27, 2026, that the truck finally came, but they didn't fill the tanks because, according to them, my regulators are old. They didn't even check for leaks, which there aren't any, since I'm currently using one for my stove. I would never recommend this company, Amerigas.
