Generally, deliveries are late prompting us to shut off gas heat. Our tank has run low several times in winter. It takes over a week sometimes after ordering a tank fill. Very disappointed with service and your company. Would not recommend it. Further, the cost per gallon is increased unreasonably by fee after fee. They charge $8 for “convenience” pure bs example of unreasonable corporate greed. Would have given 0 stars but couldn’t post if no stars checked. Terrible company. You can do much better in price, delivery, customer service, from others. Avoid Amerigas, you will pay double, you will also lose on the way out if you dare cancel.
Timely delivery
They provided great emergency service for my propane.
I told customer service about my terrible experience with your company and got a measly credit of $99 after missing 2 days of work and doing without propane for 4 days. Totally dissatisfied with your lack of customer service and concern for the problems your company causes.
