I am 81 years old (my daughter is helping me). Propane gas was ordered on November 21, 2022 for delivery within one week. An estimated time of delivery was not given. The gas was not provided the day of the delivery, nor phone call, or ringing of the doorbell. I received a message on my phone at 7:30 that the gas would not be delivered because of a dog (I didn't see the message until 4:00).
