Only one phone line in Conway? Been calling for 2 days. Sounds like it's off the hook. We're out of gas because the delivery guy said our tank was too old to fill but he failed to have a new one installed. 2 hours on the toll free number to get a new tank. Now I have to schedule a gas delivery for after the installation.
The delivery was perfect! However, propane is going for $2.55 a gallon, but you charged $4.99 a gallon. When I called to complain, I was told, that propane is more expensive in South Carolina! Do you really think I’m that stupid?
Zero stars would be my choice. Too many times we have run out of propane in freezing temperature. Prices are also double what other companies are. For one of the largest propane companies, your customer service is useless and not helpful. They should know when my deliver is coming and not tell me it is on the truck and then not delivered for 3 days. If I only knew.
Arrived when scheduled, called to let me know he was on his way, fill properly, and did no damage to our property.
