Man you need real live people not a damn machine!!! This crap sucks!!!! That is totally bad service!!! You will lose instead of prosper!!! People want to be greeted by live PEOPLE!!!!! Thank you for nothing I will go with someone else!!!!
Just called to get propane at my house as a new potential customer and had to wait on hold for 15 minutes, so I’d hate to know how long existing customers stay on hold. Then the lady who answered was so unbelievably rude, to top that off they think they can charge you to give you a quote.
Late on delivery and don't know what size my tank is. Might be time to shop around.
