I just spent a 1/2 hour telling typping what was wrong & it mysteriously was lost no really I wouldn't even give them a one but there was no place to give them anything lower had the same problem about getting my tank picked up about the outrageous prices that they charged me after they lied to me time after time after time. 2 years ago this was a 5 star review, in that short amount of time they nearly doubled the price. The invoices do not have the price per gallon on them so you have to call in or try to get a real person on a chat box to find out what the current rate is. Clearly they want to catch you sleeping so they can take advantage. Nah, not customer care at that point.
Poor customer service, most reps of Kenya and can’t help you. Every time I order I have issues with my delivery. They text you for a delivery time, but don’t show up. I almost ran out of propane.
