Amerigas is only outdone by ATT for lack of Customer Service. Constant Fees and then late-fees tacked on with no prior warning or explanation. Customer Service cannot even explain what the fee is for. We will be changing companies as soon as our tank is empty. Twenty + years of loyalty to be treated shabbily in order to save a few dollars on paying your Inside Sales group domestically.
Delivery was fine. Your prices are too high. As a senior citizen living on a fixed income, I can barely afford to heat my home anymore. Not that you would care.
I do not have to worry. That is all that needs said!
You allowed me to run out of propane in the middle of winter, over a weekend. Temps in the teens.
