Poor customer service, most reps of Kenya and can’t help you. Every time I order I have issues with my delivery. They text you for a delivery time, but don’t show up. I almost ran out of propane.
Stay away!!!!!! Amerigas tried charging me for a delivery that I never ordered or got, I called to fight that and canceled my account at the same time. They never cancelled and picked up the tank. I called again years later so Im paying rent for a tank I haven’t used with late fees plus being charged a tank pick up fee of $299 and I'm being charged $119 for service dispatch fee on top of the tank pick up fee. Amerigas is a shady company. I recommend never using them
Great place to buy propane.
Amerigas is only outdone by ATT for lack of Customer Service. Constant Fees and then late-fees tacked on with no prior warning or explanation. Customer Service cannot even explain what the fee is for. We will be changing companies as soon as our tank is empty. Twenty + years of loyalty to be treated shabbily in order to save a few dollars on paying your Inside Sales group domestically.
