We've been a customer with AmeriGas for over two decades at least. They just sent us a renewal with an over 47% increase to our payments. Customer Service does nothing but try to bully you into accepting the increases the last two or three years at least. They are also trying to fraudulently change our contract into an auto renew that we never approved.
Worthless company. Terrible customer service with. Mind numbingly slow. Pick a different provider.
Poor. Nobody brought the delivery ticket into the office. How am I supposed to know how much propane we received today?
The Drivers are professional and curious; they are timely with their deliveries and follow instructions appropriately to the gated area where the tanks are stored. they will give you a follow up call if the gate is closed.
Once upon a time, AmeriGas was a decent company; but over the years it just gets worse and worse and is at a new low. Every time I call for any reason, order gas, questions about billing, etc. you spend hours on the phone pushing buttons to get through to customer support (today in Kenya). Honestly, I don't like giving out any information to people outside the USA but especially to third-world countries. Do yourself a favor, if you need forklift propane, go somewhere else.
