Received delivery to refill our forklift propane tanks, filled 2 tanks, got a bill for 4. Called 6 times altogether to correct the issue to no avail. Customer service is non existing whether speaking to a representative or a manager. Not the first time we had a bad experience, but it is definitely the last one. Switched over to a different company.
Terrible customer service
You charge different people different prices and now I am charged a rental fee for my tank that has been here 20 years. I am really thinking of going oil or electric.
Very frustrated with Amerigas. I called for tank removal 6 weeks ago. Spoke to a representative. Nothing happened. Called again a week ago. Still, no removal, no billing statement. Is anyone paying attention at this place?
They are one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. You speak to a CSR and try to resolve the issue but what is said is never done. They are slow, never have enough propane to deliver. They are just the worst.
