I have been calling since before Thanksgiving and finally after 4-5 calls someone finally showed up on December 29 to fill the tank. They were supposed to call and let us know when they were coming so they could light the pilot light. No one called and on the one day that I had to leave the house to take my mom to a doctor's appointment they show up while we were gone. Very dissatisfied with customer service provided through local Fayetteville, NC office. Office admin provided unreliable information for our initial install in addition to being overcharged. We learned the permit we were charged for was never submitted to our local office. Even though we were told the inspector would visit our property the following week.
