Ive been trying to get a hold of this company for a couple days now you always gotta wait hours on the phone for someone to answer thats if they answer i just tried calling so i could get my tanks filled and still waiting for an answer this is unacceptable and the worst part is they tell you oh it's a 7-10 business day before they can deliver your propane are you serious how can you heat your home if you gotta wait that many days total unacceptable
Not able to talk with my local office by phone or in person. Rented my tank over 30 years, only maintained 1 time.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! Look up their predatory pricing history in MI. Just go with Webster instead.
When I signed up in November of 2022, I SPECIFICALLY made sure we were on the monthly payment program. SPECIFICALLY signed up with Amerigas for that. It is now almost JULY 2023 and they have STILL not straightened it out. They said I have to pay $X amount first, ok, I pay it even though it cuts me short for the month. This I have done TWICE now and it STILL ISN'T FIXED. this is not ok.
