Worst propane company around here, price gauging by almost double compared to other companies around the area. It took over a month for them to pick up the tank after I called several times because i wanted to switch companies and they didn’t want me to. You have to pay tank fees once per year also if you don’t get enough propane. Employees were nice though and they even told me the Amerigas was going downhill since 2020
They are courteous to the yard and do their job quick inefficiently.
0 stars, very bad customer service. Have been billed for two deliveries that were not mine. Call customer service ,was connected to an agent with a heavy accent, hard to understand. Didn't really do anything to resolve my issue. Stated something about an investigation. I asked for a case number ,when I repeated it back, their agent gave me what I believe was a different case number. Ive been trying to get a hold of this company for a couple days now you always gotta wait hours on the phone for someone to answer thats if they answer i just tried calling so i could get my tanks filled and still waiting for an answer this is unacceptable and the worst part is they tell you oh it's a 7-10 business day before they can deliver your propane are you serious how can you heat your home if you gotta wait that many days total unacceptable
