Slow delivery. Hard to get anyone on the phone. Hidden fees and fees change with zero notice. Avoid at all cost. Much better companies out there.
Unacceptable customer service. Ran out of propane twice even with automatic service and with phoning in our tank levels multiple times. Promises made but never kept.
Horrible customer service. Missed deliveries and terrible over all service.
Company is poor to deal with top to bottom. We, unfortunately, used the company for nearly 6 years with poor service from the start. The gauge on our tank was broken at the time we moved into our home, we requested that it be fixed multiple times with no solution. We also requested that we be notified whenever the driver arrived to fill the tank, we never received a call or any type of notice.
