Horrible customer service. Missed deliveries and terrible over all service.
Company is poor to deal with top to bottom. We, unfortunately, used the company for nearly 6 years with poor service from the start. The gauge on our tank was broken at the time we moved into our home, we requested that it be fixed multiple times with no solution. We also requested that we be notified whenever the driver arrived to fill the tank, we never received a call or any type of notice. I'm so very disappointed with this company. I have been trying to have propane delivered to my house. I have called so many times. I have been put on hold then disconnect. There is no one at this company that can give me any answers. Monday I spent over 2 hours trying to get answers. I was told I was going to be a priority. That they would get back in touch with me with some answers before the end of the day. I never had any contact so I called this morning.
