We are receiving outstanding invoice amounts. I have called customer support for these and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. Our account in Greensboro has been sent to A.R.M. Solutions (not sure why never saw and outstanding invoice on the ones that I receive). Our account in Savannah I have been asking for a copy of the invoice that is past due and have not received it. Worst customer service, slow delivery, tons of hidden fees and outrageous service charges. They want a 30 days and over $400 in surprise fees to even cancel service. Ever since they bought out Kalam Oil the screw the customer policy started!!!! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COST
I find it incredible that, to simply change the name on our account, from my deceased wife's name to my name, you required that our account be closed and a new account opened. Same address, same tank, same gas. Then, you sent a "final bill", that is incomprehensible! I would not recomment Amerigas to anyone!
I closed my account and they sent me a bill for the tank pickup fee and closing fee of $419.98 Their service is not good.
