Simply stated: - prices are nearly $1 more than local competitors - horrible customer service - drivers don’t read account notes: gate codes and phone calls

I found Amerigas unreliable, overpriced, and difficult to work with. On more than one occasion, I ordered a gas delivery when my tank was at 30% or higher with one instance ordering at 50%, and I ran out of gas before I could get a delivery. Their policy states 25% or higher is when you should order a delivery "to ensure a prompt delivery". The final incident I ordered with approx. 40% of my tank remaining, and never received a delivery. Absolutely no help at all! I never received the return call that I was told I would get. Customer Service tried to tell me my bill had not changed, and tried to tell me I didn't know how to read the bill! I'm on the budget plan equal payments year round with possibly 1 adjustment at the end of the contract. My bill has changed 3 times in 9 months.

They should read all the notes and see why they are horrible. Over a month of waiting and what must be over 30 hours of holding, and phone conversations trying to get a solution, pipes bursted, floors damaged, kitchen needed repairs and lost over $8,000 because of their lack of ability to resolve problems and miscommunication. I’m still waiting on 5 “supervisors” to call me back.
