2025 The remote detector for my tank was not installed correctly causing me to run out of propane in January. The customer support you are using is useless...They told me the earliest something could be done wasn't until over a month later. We had to diagnose the problem ourselves. And as stated earlier it was the faulty install of the reader that led to the tank being empty. The local dispatcher and driver were both excellent. I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered at 30%. It was 20 days before my gas was delivered. I ran completely out of gas. I made multiple calls to the over seas call center. This is how a company repays years of service. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

AmeriGas has left our household without propane for 6 DAYS in sub-zero temperatures in Monongalia County, WV. Our original call requesting propane delivery was made on January 20th, 2026, when our tank was at 20%. Since that date, we have been repeatedly told — via phone and live chat — that our delivery was “in route.” We have screenshots documenting those statements. This has got to be the absolute worst utility company in existence. I scheduled my propane delivery on 1/21/26 and was just informed it will not be delivered again for a 3rd time. It is now 2/09/26. When you call, you get a shitty call center in some other part of the world. Amerigas is trash. Google is making me give at least one star or else I would rate this a zero.
