Propane not delivered. But I was charged $400 and turned in to collection.
The last 2 winters, I've requested a tank fill online at 30% remaining as directed, yet waited weeks and eventually run out of propane. Last year it was when temperatures were in the single digits. After 3 cancelations by Amerigas for unsafe conditions (which was untrue as I was indeed prepared but a truck never physically visited) I ran out which resulted in my boiler freezing from cold air coming down the flue - a $5400 replacement cost that could have been avoided had the delivery been made as promised. Very good experience
The remote detector for my tank was not installed correctly causing me to run out of propane in January. The customer support you are using is useless...They told me the earliest something could be done wasn't until over a month later. We had to diagnose the problem ourselves. And as stated earlier it was the faulty install of the reader that led to the tank being empty. The local dispatcher and driver were both excellent. You need to ditch everything to do with that call center.
