Took forever to make an appointment. Employee acted like I was inconveniencing him to death to just recertify a tank. Go somewhere else
Horrible Horrible Company. When it was V-1 they had excellent Service, since Amerigas has taken over, its TERRIBLE. You cannot reach a live person, hours after hours on hold. They want to charge you 300 dollars on top of the price per gallon to do a refill on your tank if it reaches below 25 percent. Customer service is terrible. And I will be going with another company. They also charge almost 2.00 or more per gallon then any other company in the area. Stay far away from them.
The price around American Falls is $1.70 and they charged me $3.69
Terrible service and prices. They told me they would not fill my tank because it read 70% full, then I ran out of propane because the gauge ended being broken. It's been four weeks since we scheduled delivery, I finally cancelled the refill and went with another company where a human answers the phone. Good luck getting any help from this company.
Been 3 weeks just got a call to reschedule.. really,,, I dumped them.
