Service was excellent, kept me informed from the time I requested the delivery to post delivery. Only issue, compared to other gas companies, the gas is getting expensive with AG.
Took several calls and long wait times before finally getting a propane delivery. I cut back on my usage, in very cold weather, to preserve what I had. I will probably use up this last delivery and call to have your tank removed.
We had an emergency situation as our gas had totally run out. The call-center team was not able to discern that there is no emergency delivery in our area. We paid the emergency fee and did not receive our gas until 4 days later. The communication was terrible. The call center has rote responses. Their English speaking skills were not good. Overall, it was a terrible experience. If I could change providers, I would.
Poor customer service and overpriced
I wish I could give negative stars! When it started getting bitter cold out, I realized that the online percentage meter was way off stating we had a considerable amount more propane than we actually did. Our only heat source is our propane central heat, but it was almost impossible to get a delivery scheduled in a timely manner without paying a $300.00 "emergency" fee.
