4 stars because no one is perfect. But I have not had and issues since I moved into this house with my gas service.
Absolute trash. Don't call b/c even though they are right down the road, you will get routed to another country who have ZERO access to any of the American offices or people. So they took $2000 out of my account, came to my house, sat in the driveway for 5 mins (no calls, didn't knock on the door at 8am, as we were both home and waiting), then drove away. Tried to reschedule for the next 8 days, never showed up despite calling every single day. Then when we cancel, they take 2 months to get a refund. We cancelled on Sept 17t... read more
