The absolute worst! I have contacted them repeatedly to pick up a disconnected 500 gal propane tank and it's still here. I even received an email stating it would be picked up today, 28 Aug. It wasn't. Customer Service number goes overseas, emails go unanswered, it's amazing they're in business at all. I'm about to sell the tank to the highest bidder at this point.
Your price for propane is way too high. I have to buy my propane from Amerigas because of my equipment and contract. So I'm stuck having to pay your price. You're really sticking it to us.
Worst company I’ve dealt with in my life. You’re lucky VA doesn’t allow class action lawsuits or you would get another. Yes, we all know about the class actions brought up against Americagas for deceptive practices and price gouging. You can’t even get accredited by the BBB you suck so bad.
Seeking to get out from under this firm as soon as possible. Poor service and high administrative prices.
