Good afternoon Karen, I would like to voice my complaint to Mark Sharp about the very poor and disappointing service I'm receiving from your company. I'm a 25 year customer in Connecticut I placed a delivery order on December 13th, tank was at 30% my delivery has been cancelled 3 times since placing the order. The tank gauge now reads 10%, with extremely cold temperatures excepted. My wife just called again to find out when we can expect a delivery.
