Last delivery was a bad experience. I was supposed to get it on January 26. After 4 hours waiting for a supervisor to answer the phone, they apologized gor missing the delivery and told me the next day I would get it. I call 2 days later and got the same information but again I never got my delivery. Finally on February 4 I communicated again with someone on the phone. She suggested to to talk to a supervisor. Order lead times are unacceptable. For example, I ordered propane on Jan 30. It’s now Feb 9 and no delivery. It might not be there until Feb 13. Results? No heat, no hot water, no business, no customers. Your apology is not needed. Your propane is. Please think twice before signing with Amerigas. Competitors are much better.
I have been their customer since 28 years. they sucks in their services. I am almost out of the gas weekend. stay away from this compnay. their customer service are rude and they are very bad people. Try local people instead of the big corporations.
I recommend against using AmeriGas as a supplier of propane fuel. It is impossible to communicate with their office if you have questions on pricing or other issues. No one seems to speak English.
