Horrible coustomer service and entered property without permission after 6 years not using there service
I would give zeo stars but it doesn't allow me. Terrible, avoid this company if you can
Just got off the phone with ameri gas. Told the lady that we are going to run out of fuel. The wife had sent a message to them. The said that we can't get fuel until the 3 rd or 6 th of Aug. I had told her that we are at 15 percent. She said that I should of told them at 39 percent and I told her I did. She said that they could do a emergency delivery for a price of 300 dollars more. Terrible service, difficult time connecting with a human who could help. (2 + hours on hold, multiple calls etc. I had prepaid and we were not informed of then day of delivery. If I could give zeron stars I would. I will definitly switch providers.
Garbage, de-localized customer support. You're current customer service representatives do not know or care a thing about any customer, and it shows. A blank wall of nameless, faceless, foreign ESL robots in call centers designed to simply wear you out, when I want to know why I'm paying a LOT more than anyone around me.
