You kept moving the delivery dates out and never let me know you wasn't going to deliver. I called each time to check to make sure that you would be delivering to be told no each time.

Excellent job all around
The call center is the worst. Difficult to understand. Refuse to answer simple questions until they ask multiple personal questions. Refuse to transfer to a supervisor or an extension. The price quotes have not matched the invoiced amounts. When someone from corporate is finally reached they make numerous commitments they do NOT adhere to. If they return a call they leave the customer care number to the folks that will NOT transfer a call.
