Costumer service reps,not speaking fluent English and Rude !
My experience with AmeriGas has not been favorable. I have never been able to speak with a customer service rep without a heavy accent, too much information is request at each contact for a current account, a two week wait before a delivery or pay more for a sooner delivery. On one occasion, order made during winter month, no delivery by Spring, after several contacts with customer services, still no delivery, I cancelled the order.
They never answer the phone.
Technician left bleed value open when he filled tank. Emergency tech showed me. My gas leaked out. They refused to replace. Now I was not home when deliver came, (no notice)they want to charge me dispatch fee to unlock my tank. Charge you to close the account, charge you to pick up their tank, double the price of other companies. Customer service kept repeating same thing no matter what I said.
