Bad experience dealing with customer service from another country. I was without gas because of them for 4 days. I will never deal with them again unless the employ people from USA that speak English.
Prior to 2020, we could schedule a tank pick up directly with our local office and set a specific date. Prior to 2020, we usually had the same drivers who knew what kind of truck to bring, and how to get to our address. Nice folks. I knew the drivers by first name and the names of their kids. After 2020, everything changed.
